The DYF16-00B is a high-performance poppet-type directly operated relief valve designed for compact hydraulic systems. Featuring a standard 16-size screw-in cartridge structure, this valve provides fast, reliable overpressure protection and pressure stabilisation for medium- and low-flow hydraulic circuits.
Adopting a pure direct-acting structure without pilot control components, it delivers millisecond-level pressure response to eliminate sudden pressure spikes and effectively protect hydraulic pumps, cylinders, manifold blocks and other core components from overload damage. Precision ground metal sealing ensures ultra-low internal leakage and excellent pressure holding stability during long-term continuous operation.
This relief valve supports stepless adjustable pressure with multiple spring range options to fit diverse working conditions. Equipped with a locking nut, it prevents pressure drift caused by vibration and guarantees stable system operation. The integral zinc-plated surface treatment offers outstanding corrosion and wear resistance, adapting to industrial, agricultural, mobile machinery and other harsh working environments.
